When I go into the girls rooms after I become good friends they still attack me... why?

You become friends but the girl you made friends with still doesn't trust you to be in her room. You have to build the friendship even more. When it says now you can enter the room and have a chat or ask her out. Than you can enter her room.
It helps to know what the girls like it can build the friendship much faster, so pay attention what you're reading when talking with them.
